We practice remedial massage, which is a higher standard of massage and allows for private health rebates. We might use relaxation, deep tissue, sports, active release, Thai, stretching, or reflexology. What techniques we use depends on what the client asks for and what we think will work best.
Our practitioners are passionate about holistic (whole body) wellness and are happy to talk through building habits, healthy eating, exercise, and lifestyle hacks.
-
Our practitioners have bachelor’s degrees in studying the human body, which places their knowledge base higher than your average massage practice.
